  2. That feeling... You know the goosebumps, tears in the eyes? I just got it from Regiment. Doesn't happen often. My favorite show. Ever. Seriously.
  3. actually, I drove up and the hornline, guard, and battery was rehearsing in the mayor's back yard in Delaware. The front line was still at maquoketa valley in Delhi. I do know the lost some rehearsal time due to the storms, though. And I should mention, they have a great show and a much improved battery compared to this time last year.
  4. Thanks for bringing a theater event to the Quad Cities (Davenport, IA!!) We had a great crowd with lots of applause, nice picture, and lots of volume!!! Loved the '08 previews... Crown, you're amazing. I'm amped for this summer!!! are you.... ?
  5. Spent summer '05 doing all the things I "absolutely needed to do" to fix my life and financial situation. Now three years later it seems that not marching in '05 didn't make a #### bit of difference except make me regret not marching in '05. Like, serious... regret... constantly...
  6. Not that any of you really care, but the assistant drill master (the guy that writes the show and does the rifle inspection) is one of my best friends from high school.
  7. I think the opening statement is insane. its incredible. the keyboard runs/echos are somthing...like...i dunno... i've never heard arranging like it before! props to sandi rennick! P.S. most attractive timpanist in DCI.
  8. I posted. that would have been one post per year.
  9. There is an awesome relationship between La Crosse and the Blue Stars. Walking through town in the corps jacket makes you feel somewhat like a celebrity.
  10. I saw the show for the first time on Friday night. Man... It was trippy. I was REALLY entertained. Im not quite sure I followed the story exactly, but I really enjoyed the show. BTW, the groovy groove in the groove solo was quite groovetastic. It may have been the grooviest percussion moment this year.
