A decade is 10 years, no matter when you start. The decade of the 80s would be '81 to '90, just like how the 21st century started in 2001, not 2000. But yeah, it does come down the synmantics.

The Garfield 3'pete ..... all great years ... 84 was my favorite of the 3 (hornline melts me .... and so does Hook!)

This I know George .... it's a nickname uttered with affection. The fact that she only had one arm made it all the more AMAZING to me how beautifully and effortlessly she played her mellophone. I believe she was also the brass caption head at CBC in 1989. She set a standard for Garfield/CBC mello soloists that was hard to live up to. Barb Maroney is a goddess!

Yep..Fixed it..Was going by memory and somehow left out my favorite Vanguard show of all time: 87
