oldsoprano
The show may go on, but with very few corps. Crown is the only corps that I know of that has housing for the show (as of yesterday, Phantom didn't, from what I understand). I know Spirit still has no housing for the show. Without a place to stay, corps will be unable to go to San Diego. The official tour event partner of record for the show (Alan Cox of Esperanza), has still answered no e-mails or phone messages from the corps inquiring about housing. Pretty strange way to run things, IMO.

BigDale
Where will they park.I have done shows without housing before. It's not the end of the world. '85 Allentown was one of those! It's OK, as long as you have showers and bathrooms to freshen up before the show.

Ahhhhhhhh...you remember that too, eh Big Dale? You know, nothing like getting woken out of our slumber by...who else BUT...THE KINGSMEN!!!! I still joke with their drum major from back then, long time friend Greg Rochford, about that morning in Pennsylvania!
crfrey71
Well, I hope to be on the track shooting some drum corps action. I am ready, from a technical standpoint. Will be nice to shoot some corps I haven't had the chance to shoot before, such as Pioneer, Blue Stars, Crown, Colts, and Spirit.

See, I'm thinking that we went two shows in a row without housing. I don't ever remember having housing in Bayonne. I went to Bayonne in '92 and the corps didn't have housing then either. I can't remember much about Bayonne in 1985, but I am certain we did not have housing there in '83.
