Andy, there are onlookers .........

The background stories Are SO important!!

The background stories are the reason this thread is so interesting and important. It's a learning experience!!!!!

This pic. in particular is from 1955. And parts of it might shock some folks. But, that's a "Good thing"!!!

uH OH, WAS IT 1955 OR 1959? Regardless, its important!!! This photo of these three guys is phenomenal.

I was thinking Big Red when Hy marched, but yes T., he was in your corner also.

One of my fondest DC moments was watching him in Fenway in 67 during Rhapsody In Blue.

Never saw a corps so intense, play so very tight. 16th notes were like explosions. Nothing could stop their mission that night.

The 'Mr. X' on the right also taught St. Catherine's Queensmen before his young protege, John Sasso, took over in their last years. I don't know who the gentleman in the middle is, but when the man on the right is finally identified, I'll be quite surprised if it turns out to be who I believe it is.

Please Read Before You Post

If you *know* who it is.... please wait a while (not everyone is on here all day or even daily for that matter)

If there have been no Guesses..........Then give a *challenging* hint.

When giving hints on these try to be creative and just dangle the tiniest tidbit. Make people really think / work on it. Then wait it out a while before tossing another tiny vague tidbit...

C'mon we've got to make these last a little longer. PLEASE??

Also, any comments made MUST be made in good taste... this is a fun loving thread... not a revenge match. Please spew your venom elsewhere.

Please submit any questions and / or pics in their full size (preferably JPG format), with full description - names, Corps, Stadium, Year... etc. to:

The *Guess Who* Mailbox

Thanx in advance!

All that said and out of the way..

One @ a time, Left - Right, Please... Guess Who # 484 ?

I think I may actually know one of em
