  1. 1. Tell us how much duts annoy you, on a scale of one to ten (one being not annoyed at all, ten being outrageously annoyed)

We used duts in '93, but not through every passage like most lines do today. We also strived not to be heard, which is something else lines of today don't really seem to place much emphasis on. I think the fact it can be heard from the stands is what most have a problem with, not the actual dutting itself.

boo for providing a serious response to a joke post.... :P

Blue Devils

Cadets

Cavaliers

Phantom Regiment

Santa Clara Vanguard

...the list goes on

What do these corps have in common? THEY ALL HAVE DRUM LINES THAT DUT!

Now if THEY need to be taught better, who is it that is going to replace the likes of Scott Johnson, Tom Aungst, Jim Casella, Paul Rennick, and Murray Gusseck?

Could you?

Here is how to end the thread...

You know, Hitler used to Dut when his personal SS brigade goose-stepped by on parade. :)

But....could you hear it from the stands? I mean, I dont really care what hitler does, as long as i cant hear it in the 45th row

yes.....sarcasm

Nah, how you end a thread is by getting off topic, and talking about how to end a thread. Like right now.

Please, if you are no longer interested in the thread, let it sink to the bottom of the list.

You are just discouraging others from participating. And someone may be interested in the topic or maybe have an opinion to offer. Should the discussion be cut off because you are tired of it?
