contrajedi8
Man, some of my favorite shows come from those two years. 97,98 Scouts. 98 BD. 98 SCV. 98 Cadets. 98 Glassmen. 97 Cavies. Those two years are some blow your balls off drum corps. 98 Scouts closer "Rememberance" gives me chills every time.

ekrebs102
Also, 97 Bluecoats "Blue Q." That was a great tenor line.
xXMelloSkiesXx
97 Cadets Philip Sparke show was brilliant, and had a beautiful ballad! It was a crazy technical program and definitely gave BD's As Time Goes By a run for its money...too bad BD was amazingly clean...97 Cadets remains one of my favorite shows of all time. chris ncsu
Cadets 'perfect' visual score in 98 and beat out BD in GE in 97. Cadets drill at end of 97 opener. Scouts rotating sword fight in 1997 and the chord/picture. Magic 12 seconds to the moon. Very good Glassmen show, I think their first 5th place...great mellos and drumline. ... PhantomR
BD 98 = one of the best brasslines ever. Crossmen 97 is probably my favorite Crossmen show ever. and both SCV shows were fantastic. I love both years. ~>conner
xXMelloSkiesXx
97 and 98 SCV seemed like the long awaited "return" of SCV (atleast for me) after the lack luster early 90's. from 96 on, each year just kept getting progressively better, and ended in an excellent 99 victory! ( shared of course by the Blue Devils.)
MarimbaManiac
97 and 98 were some of the best SCV shows of all time.
