ToferVis Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 I know I'll probably get flammed for this one.My daughter is with The Academy, and their show is still seems incomplete, unfortunatly. I think they have something up their sleeve for San Antonio that will give them them that 3 or 4 point boost they've been needing. So if I had to pick, Yes, Im talking upset mode!! I'm not 'flaming' you, however i will say they need to pull something rather large out of those sleeves if they want a 4 point boost overnight, while they might have something that will help, i seriously doubt we'll see that much of a raise from them. Home show Good draw Closest competitor bad draw On the rise Spot vacated (Colts) moving down in the standings Better right now than most of the other corps they battled with last year (Madison and Academy) Overall, Crossmen are moving off the bubble and toward a Should be.... The scores were usually a couple corps behind....then at intermission, they would catch up and by the end of the afternoon show they usually had that last two scores holding them to build the drama.
