Galen
And, at the end, the cymbals make fun of both SCV's cymbal line with their own cymbal V while, at the same time, making fun of Phantom's leg pose from the end of many PR shows.Corps is about to troop the stands. I need to kneel and worship the tubas. Be right back. Actually, that was a knock on Cadets. They made a smiley face And it's a pity you left early, Kevin. VK did another rip on Phantom's "DIE!" moment with their salute.
Galen
I've been a victim of one of those hip shifts and dam near needed back surgery afterwards. That's when you know you're doing them right. I've seen similar technique in the A corps this year.

kevingamin
How mamy go to semis and then finals? Doesn't Beatrix not count as they are international? Can't they not knock someone out from moving on? If Beatrix qualifies for the next round, they still do not "knock out" another corps. An extra spot will be allowed as Beatrix does not officially qualify for Open Class due to differing age restrictions. So, if Beatrix places 7th (hypothetically), there would be 13 corps at Open Class finals, 12 of which would make up the official Top 12 of that class. tempotantrum
Man, recaps are all over the place! Look for it to tighten up between Surf, BDB and SCVC....
kevingamin
Man, recaps are all over the place! Look for it to tighten up between Surf, BDB and SCVC.... Don't forget OC and Teal. I don't think we can count them out just yet. Open Class top 5 is incredibly solid. Any one of them could compete in World Class right now. Anybody at Dayton was lucky to have all five of those corps at the same show as a perfect preview to Championships week.
