festive Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 For all those that complained about the Glassmen shows from 98-2003 being boring. Don't you wish we still had that boring stuff? Heh. I just watched "Imago" today. You know what? I thought Imago was fantastic; I didn't think it was boring at all. Some of the best Glassmen corps ever were those "Gold" years and "Imago." There's a difference between sophisticated and boring. Now I think some of what we're getting is just chaotic--I can't even get a clear read on what the corps is trying to say/do anymore. It has potential, but I wish the drill writer did more with the theme of "ONE". Right now "Four Corners" is going through my head. Also: BARITONES AND EUPHS ARE LOUD.
