He died tragically in an auto accident in the early '80s, when the High Brass trophy was named after him.His daughter, Bonnie, was a mellophone soloist in BD in the '70's, and still marches with the San Francisco Renegades. I see Cavs beating SC Vanguard then tomorrow, as the Cavs were a little flat tonite, and SCV seemed " on ".
