SCV - Uhhhh. . . 2009? Bluecoats - 2005 (08 a close second) Boston - 2009 - with 2005 close behind Blue Stars - 2009, I guess. . . I'd really like to see who's going to choose 2005 on this one. Ha! Glassmen - Uhhhhh. . . . BK - UHhhh. . . Troopers - 2009, although I like 2007 as well. Colts - 2007 - Easy, but good. Academy - 2006. Madison - 2005, but only because that's the best they've been in this span. . . don't really like any of the shows. Crossmen - AHAHAHAHAHAHA. . . None. I would choose '05 but that's probably the worst drill writing I've seen in DCI EVER, so I can't. That would've been a finalist corps if they had halfway decent drill. Spirit - Hmmm. . . I liked 07, I think. Mandarins - ? Pac Crest - ? Surf - I liked this year's show. Pioneer - ? Cascades - They were nice when I met them in 2007. Academy - 06 (yes, they were still Open Class, but man, that hornline...) Blue Devils - 07 Blue Knights - 06 Blue Stars - 08 Bluecoats - 05 Boston Crusaders - 09 Cadets - 05 Carolina Crown - 09 Cavaliers - 06 Colts - 08 Crossmen - 08 Glassmen - 07 Jersey Surf - 07 (ditto from Academy) Madison Scouts - I'll be a rebel and say 08... 05 was very good too though Mandarins - 07 Pacific Crest - 08 Phantom Regiment - 08 by far Santa Clara Vanguard - 05 and 09 pretty much tie Spirit - 08 Troopers - 09 and a bonus... From a total cohesive package.... I honestly don't know. If you're putting a gun to my head, I'm gonna have to go with 09. Blue Devils - 2006...not alot of love for this one, but I really enjoyed it, while none of their other shows since then have come close. Perhaps I like that they stuck with one idea that year. Blue Knights - 2009...Fresh, exciting, very challenging show that came a long ways Blue Stars - 2009...this one. Loved it, 08 didnt do much for me. Bluecoats - 2008..i LOVED how well the music accompanied the guard this year. One of the coolest hornline moments ever, and what I thought was the best snareline on the field that year. Boston Crusaders - 2009...sexy. Cadets - 2005. I thought the uses of electronics in this one were tasteful with a very cool concept (though I wasnt a fan of its sequal), plus they were monster performers that year. Carolina Crown - 2008. Music, music, music. Gorgeous. Cavaliers - 2007. When I think of Cavaliers, I think of this show. Colts - 2009 Crossmen - 2006. Another tasteful use of narration, with another cool concept. Glassmen - 2008 Madison Scouts -2008. Very exciting show and powerful hornline that screamed top 12..and got it. Mandarins - 2008 that opening sequence was great, however i wish they hadnt watered it down. Phantom Regiment - 2007. I thought the musical selections this year just went together extremely well. Accessible, recognizable, with power and beauty. Santa Clara Vanguard - 2005. This show has a very special place in my heart. Blue Devils - 2005 - Yeah, I'm in the minority that really likes this show. Blue Knights - 2006 Blue Stars- 2008 Bluecoats- 2009 - Had a hard time on this one. 2007-2009 were all great. Boston Crusaders - 2009 Carolina Crown - 2009. Another hard one. I've loved every one of their shows from the last 6 years. Cascades - 2005 - Other than 2009, I'm not very familiar with their other shows. The Cavaliers - 2009 Colts - 2007 Crossmen - 2006 - Very entertaining show. Glassmen - 2008 Cadets - 2005 Jersey Surf - 2009 - Only show that I really know that well.
