Big Props to Star! I saw the dress rehearsal video and was blown away by their sound. I taught the 2007 USSBA Group V National Champions (Upper Darby HS) that played Sullivan's "Deja View". Really well done! It's a great piece of music, and I usually don't care for the recent trend of original music in band/corps.

Star United sounds amazing.

the entire show was amazing and exceeded 3000 people in the hall... estimates of 5000 to 7000 at I&E... amazing night of drum corps

Saw MCL warming up outside, and made sure to have a good seat for their performance. Incredible trumpet soloists channeling Maynard, and an all around great sound.

Star sounded like 40 horns they are so smooth and balanced. I'd like to know how they do that. Good genes?

I was going to say it was clean living...but then I remembered Chromik is there.

So I guess we'll just have to say hard work is the key.

Great job, gang, and congratulations to all!

Tight genes, er jeans.

And very comfortable shoes.

Amazing performances by so many groups last evening. Congrats to all for putting on a heck of a show.

All the mini corps, DCA, the audience, and the beer vendors were winners last evening!!
