Yes he is. I'm not sure which one is more dangerous.

they have the pit trying to lay down a serious groove out of Claire's Song into Big Noise. Without Sandy, Hairbear, PFunk etc. I mean Fran and Gut are definitely not two guys you look at and think "groove"

And Paul spent almost all of his time on the field (not his first year - 74) smacking the crap out of the Big Bertha..... OY!!!!!

Bass drummers tend to be fat guys.

This year, Paul is on concert bass drum and gong (provided we can fit the gong on the floor this year... last year we ran out of room), plus various Latin percussion items.

I've got cymbal, vibra-slap, triangle and claves. Traveling lighter this year. :w00t:

Seriously... this has been fun, and honestly, quite a privilege for me to even get the opportunity to suit up with such a great percussion section. "New school" alumni percussion at its best, IMO.

I've learned a lot. Mostly that I was a better French horn player than any of the Westshoremen drummers.

Big Bertha had to be retired because of him! (I carried that #### thing in a 37th Regiment parade for the "giggles" of it  ) I must have been on drugs!
