As far as my general hope for this season goes, I hope BD does not win. Great corps, great organization, and great shows always come from there too...I just want to see someone else win this year.

I like what I see from the Cadets so far. Will they win? Who knows.

I will put them at the top as a fan favorite for 2010. Seems like a safe bet.

I think great drill can come from them this year. A show with the concept of Toy Souldier seems pretty open to some awesome design.

I agree.I'm interested in how they can execute that. Seeing as it's the Cadets, I'm sure they'll amaze.

Only BD, Cadets, SCV, PR, Madison, Cavies and Crown are allowed to win.

Now one else has ever made Top 3, and thus are not allowed to win. For that to change, it will take something that's never happened in the history of DCI. And if we've learned anything from the G7 haters, it's that they love everything just the way it is.

I covered that in the original Competitive Inertia post...that they've started over. They are a current darling, though, and that will help them.

The Blue Stars have never "started over." They've been through DCI, CCI, DCM and all divisions minus senior corps; but they've never started over. Looks like you've got some history to learn, buster.

I voted Troopers, but not because I think they're going to take the top spot at finals this year. Anyone who has seen the recent documentary about Troop ("Hell Bent for Victory") will know why my vote is there.

Personally I havent been a BD fan for a long time BUT I dont care if they won 100 times IF they deserve it they should win. Just to let another win because it would be nice if someone else did is like punishing someone for being good.

The BEST corps needs to win !!!!
