Fran Haring
I marched with Dennis in Garfield. He and his younger brother Mike, who passed away recently. Wow....sorry to hear about Dennis' brother. Dennis was the brass caption head for Sunrisers my last three years there.... he was a great teacher. rayfallon
Man - are you guys leaving Jeff Mitchell out on purpose?I'm scratching my head... I'm also having a senior moment because there's a huge name that won't come to mind right now but he's one of the biggies and he would laugh at me struggling to come up with his name. I can see his face but the name will pop into my head at 3am. Drives me nuts when I do that. By the way - did I miss Pepe Notaro (Brooklyn); Hy Dreitzer (Brooklyn and Long Island); Joe Genero (Brooklyn then Connecticut) or is this only for your upstate snobs? And as long as I've mentioned those names there's John Sasso, Ted Sasso, Frank Dorritie, Steve Buglino, Ernie Fesler, Tommy Martin... how am I doing for time? Donny - you don't acknowledge the 10 or so million of us south of Nyack? Oh whoops - I'm not south of Nyack any more either, huh? Geez guys.. Took me 3 days to remember Ken Turner... What a dolt... (me - not Ken)
