One could also do Wonderful. Even some of Cabin Essence could be ballad material. This just got me thinking, the way Brian Wilson chunked up themes and phrases for all of Smile, is very much like a modern drum corps program.

I know many have tackled Dvorak's Carnival Overture, but the Andantino section is gorgeous and rarely played.
