ihatechewis08
1-BD2-Cavies A league in there own . Besides Cadets winning once and Phantom winning once . Only these two corps have won championships since 2001. Blue Devils 4 ---- Cavies 4 . ------------------------------------------------ 3-Cadets 4-CROWN 5-Bluecoats ------------------------ 6-SCV 7-Blue stars All solid ,not strong enough for a Championship ,but your upper tier of DCI. 5 spots open..... ------------ Madison Blue Knights Strong corps possible moving up Phantom Boston Both could move down as lots of staff changes from these two corps. ----------------------------- others Academy , some good off season moves in percussion Crossmen , Lots of good changes throughout . --------------------------- Glassmen Colts Spirit ---same staffs , consistency will help. --------------------------- Troopers lots of staff leaving , not sure where to put them. wish them the best. ---------------------- PC , not sure of the early programming selection. Teal , better staff in 2011 ------------------------ Mandarins BDB SCVB ------- Cascades Surf Pioneer need more members. probably the first realistic prediction thus far.. Although Cavies usually arent very clean beginning of the year, so they might be a little lower at the atart. by finals night, i think cavies and bd will be in the top two. just not sure which one. luvs me sum mello!
1st - 2nd - Cavaliers/Bluecoats toss up 3rd - 5th - BD/Crown/Cadets toss up 6th - 9th - Bluestars/Boston/SCV/Madison 10-12 - Phantom/Blue Knights/Any corps that hovered around the 12 spot last year. Rational: BD and Crown aged out a ton of members. Cavaliers and Bluecoats both had young corps (The Cavaliers only aged out just over a dozen horns) Cadets could move depending on show concept and how much they screw with it. 6th-9th is pretty common with Madison back in the mix MAYBE. Could be another 10-12 finish. PR won't be bad, but they won't be great. 10-12 is pretty self explanatory.

luvs me sum mello!
BD has a ton of ageouts every year. True, but Years that they come back to win it's usually against younger "top" corps. This year those corps that were close last year have retained.
tnrM1
Why are a lot of people putting Phantom pretty low?

jjeffeory
FYIEven if Vanguard Percussion would have scored a perfect 20, the corps in 2010 would have placed no higher then 6th. While Rennick is a great addition to their team, I think there are some other captions they need to improve on as well. It's the interaction between the captions that will cause a rise.
