According to corpsreps.com, the song was played by Blue Stars, North Star, Cavaliers and Cadets on the Open Class side of things. Other corps to play the song that year included Bengal Lancers, Bleu Raiders, Eye-Openers, Sundowners, Hurricanes and Matadors. Out of all of those versions North Star stands out as the best by far. flugelswerebugels Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 In 1979 Blue Devils and Cavaliers played parts of Cuban Fire Suite, BD as La Suerte do Los Tontos and Cavaliers as Cuban Fire Suite.
