Best 12th Place Show

The OP's pole was asking for the best 12th place show from 2000-10. That means 2000 Southwind (13th) doesn't qualify.

I believe that's a reference to Southwind getting joerbed in 2000. Won a majority of the captions over Bluecoats in semis, as I recall?
