I'm having the same problem and have been in line for "live chat" help for 45 minutes. Restarted browser, restarted computer, hasn't helped. Just a black screen. I am in a live chat with support and many are having this problem. They appear to not have a clue how to resolve the issue. TRY the support area at Brightcove if all else fails. http://support.brightcove.com/en/ That is the supplier for DCI for the fan network.
