"Fanfare" was pulled directly from Stan Kenton's charts by Frank Minear as the traveled with Kenton's band. It was played in 1973.

It was not unusual for Sandra to come to rehearsal in a house dress. She never wore heals. It is more likely that she would be marking time, directing the horn line in her bare feet (and a dress).
