Though it discriminates against percussion/pit, guard and drum majors, there are more horns (honkers) than all three groups put together. Not sure terms like flammers, flaggers and arm wavers would work. A discussion of a replacement for Honk could be interesting. Int – an important and integral part of DCI, but could be replaced. How about 'suicide wheels" ala the Hurrcs..... Suggest banning 'overtone' without a Masters Thesis on what the Hades an Overtune is acoustically.....
