Best Opener 2013

I absolutely love the Scouts opening few minutes. Fantastic.

This is still early in the poll, but I wanted to take a "snapshot" of what the results look like to me.

Crown has the early lead at 25%, followed closely by Vanguard's opener. What surprised me is how diverse the votes were for virtually every other corps, not just the usual suspects. Colts got some love, Troopers has some real believers, and Spirit is turning some heads, right off the line.

I think this is a great compliment to the show designers, with some great early season performances by the corps.

Interesting................ My top three favorite are the same for the poll....

Crown-Outstanding brass sound and theme directly in the drill e=mc2

SCV - Nice full sound and very recognizable

Bloo!- deep and powerful, excellent contra sound and their uniform totally rocks the mood of the show.

Oops is right! The corps so nice I listed them twice! I changed the #11 choice to Blue Stars.

Totally unfair poll. I can't vote for more than one corps.

Seriously though, I want to see as many of them as I can live before I even come close to making this choice.
