rayfallon
I enjoyed both "back then" Now it's like listening to an oldies station. Some folks love oldies. Me not so much. Both well played, etc. but the activity has kept evolving and I guess my ear went along for the ride. On the other hand 1984 Cadets is only a couple years later and I can listen to that forever, or even 1983, so maybe it's not the oldies quality... Just no longer my taste, but thanks for the stroll down memory lane.

burgerbob
Meh. Better to listen to than to watch, and even then not so much.
82ryder
For me, it's a 'yes/yes'... but it's for rather personal reasons...: The first is the John Simpson horn line that convinced me to march SR as my rook-out in '82. The second contains one of the only charts I was 'jealous' of in '82 with "Strawberry Soup". So i'm somewhat bias...
