TeamQuavers
According to the DCI preorder site. For Boston it was 25 seconds of poetry. Academy lost 8 seconds of prerecorded music. Depending on if you get more than the top 12, Genesis also lost 30 seconds of prerecorded sound clips. I still noticed that these shows are unedited on the Fan Network though. Why would DCI edit the audio recordings and not the videos?
MelloMatt
Considering that Academy did "Left of Spring" last year and this apparently wasn't an issue, I'm guessing it was relatively unexpected for this season. Maybe it was the Brenzel or the Sebesky?
Lincoln
Maybe it was the Brenzel or the Sebesky? Gee - not developing a sense of confidence in DCI when two questions have gone to them to clarify this and no answer yet. MikeN
I still noticed that these shows are unedited on the Fan Network though. Why would DCI edit the audio recordings and not the videos? Different sets of permissions. I know audio and video ("synch") permissions are different - one does not cover the other. I think also that streaming video (FN) and physical media (DVD/BR) have different permissions. Mike
