skevinp
He was perhaps miffed at the insensitive reminder that the "New World" in World Class doesn't include any Canadian corps.
Michael Boo
I once went to lunch with a group of colleagues from the office and volunteered to drive. They were younger than me (you get to an age sometimes where the majority are younger...) so I put on Bluecoats 2011! The reaction to Creep was more than positive! To balance that, one girl at work told me all the music I was playing sounded like Flintstones incidental music...... I would have "quarried" him if she meant hard rock. Was the music going "BamBamBamBamBamBam"?
garfield
LOL! Thank you for being culturally sensitive. The love story would have to change as well.....but it could also be sexier. "Two lovers sat on a park bench, groping each other but thwarted by full-body spandex..."
Lincoln
Was the music going "BamBamBamBamBamBam"? It's weird, to some people any DCI percussion they hear sounds like that. Until you show it to someone who has percussion experience and then they're floored.
ChuckH
Finally she spoke. "Do you love me, John?" she asked. "I already told you I love you," he snapped. ... Oh, wait -- that's more American than French. Never mind.
year1buick
PLEASE tell me it immediately went into the cymbal ride section and you launched into some wild ### air drumming.

ChuckH
Continuing from my last thought... "Fine! You want to hear me say it again? Alright, I'll say it... I love y... Oh, TERRIFIC! Look what you did! You made that guy in the horn line miss his hole!" "You can't blame that on me!" "Of course I can! You're never satisfied unless you can make everyone around you as insane and as insecure as you are! It'll be a MIRACLE if we win now! I can't take this! I'm leaving!" *throws down mic stand*
poprocks
While I was a student at Indiana University, I would frequently drive by the music school while blasting multiple Phantom Regiment classics. I got cheers once while rocking out to the Firebird finale. Non-music people may not appreciate it, but music geeks sure get a kick out of it Edited September 22, 2013 by poprocks

Non-music people may not appreciate it, but music geeks sure get a kick out of it I'd say that's more than enough reason to go ahead and blast yer drum corps... you could just make someone's day! :)
