IMO 94 had poorest video quality

Recommended Posts

Not because of the equipment or production either. I think the hazy weather that day really hurt it which is also one of my all time favorite years of drum corps.

Too bad.

I've always thought that 1995 was pretty poor as well in terms of sound and video. Shame, because 1994 and 1995 were such great years!

I didn't think 1993 was that bad, especially on the Legacy collection and other videos of it i've seen

Oh what about the Jackson Mississippi show? Madison got rained on. I saw it on a small B&W tv so I can't tell for sure.

I agree, '95 was the worst quality probably because of IBM's "help" and their lack of knowledge of how to properly record the product.

94 was a great year in drum corps, but it had to be about the most miserable week all summer weather wise, and if I remember correctly, some of the show was hard to see. Still it was great to have finals in the Boston area.

And then there was the sauna and severe storm magnet that was Boston in 2005.
