I think it's way too early to comment on what the guard is contributing given they are the last section to start practicing. The Crossmen Guard rose to 6th or 7th in some competitions last year. They started lower. I expect the same this year.

Not sure how anyone could assess an entire program when only viewing A 7 minute practice video.

Just came from watching the horn and drum lines practice the drum feature and closer. I love the music this year. The horn line is louder than it's been in a long time.

I'm not a drummer, but I enjoyed what I saw from the battery.

This corps has 75 vets and 35 who are aging out.

this corps will be ready for its first show.

I just listened to the "2016 season preview with Michael Cesario (Part l)" podcast and Cesario said some very enthusiastic things about the Crossmen program this year.

Also, in regard to a remark made earlier about the lack of props, is that a prop I spy in this photo from the Crossmen Facebook page?
