BigW
Fusion's brass section can do a lot better than they did at Peckville. I have confidence that show won't happen again- they're too motivated and smart. They can also clean the ensemble visual issues that also hurt them with some diligent and mindful rehearsal time.

larry p
You are correct N.E. Brig. Just like MBI (and Govs and Kilts and Chops) having a non-rain soaked weekend camp to go up 2 pts or more.
Florida Sun
10th place looks like a battle between Bush ,Hucs ,and Sky.one of these will end up in exbition in the 11th place spot.
larry p
Is 11th place automatically an exhibition? In the '70's it was 11th and 12th. Of course there was no A class then.
N.E. Brigand
I think the 11th place Open Class corps has been offered an exhibition slot the four years I've attended, although as I recall, in 2014, Sunrisers opted not to appear and spent their day in Niagara Falls instead, so the 12th place corps (Windsor Regiment) went on instead. Gotta have something to kill the time while the scores are tabulated.
Ron H
You're right... just about anything is possible. Hey... Minnesota Brass has crashed the party several times on Labor Day weekend. LOL. Very much looking forward to seeing MBI. They always seem to bring something unique to the table. A style all their own. I'll say that Minnesota's show this year is very reminiscent of the great shows by Empire. There is a degree of "cheeriness" and fun about it. It doesn't take itself too seriously but is really #### good. And though the show is lighthearted, their horn line is a freakin' killer. N.E. Brigand
This doesn't really fit here, but I didn't want to start a separate thread. Just noticed this on Les Diplomates' Facebook page, and then saw it's also on DCA's page. Nice to see some advertising out there: Just ten days from now!
