Cavaliers 2002 Frameworks.

As someone else brought up, it scored above 99 in semis and finals and 98.7 in Quarter finals.

After that, Cadets 2005. Dominated every caption and subcaption.

Well, technically, The Cadets in 2005 were the only drum corps to ever win every caption and every sub-caption. They had nothing but 1s across their score. Never been done before or since. With that

I find a 99.65 to be an impossibility. I know it's not saying they were 0.35 from being perfect, but when you have a maximum of 100 points, a 99.65 should be 0.35 from perfect. If a judge gives a 19.9
