Someone mentioned Bloomington, but I would also add Papa John's stadium in Louisville as a great place to watch and hear drum corps. I'm on the 45 at the very top row of the stadium and there was an amp pointed right at me. All of the electronic noises in the Cadets show are about as loud as the hornline, which I doubt was even conceivable when the rule passed in 2008. No one's really figured out how to achieve balance with the electronic bass sound that they all insist on using, but Cadets are by far the most oblivious.
