I don't know if the choice was theirs to make. All the TOC corps will miss at least one TOC. This is SCV's missed TOC. BD never goes to Massillon. That's their missed TOC and so forth. However is it like this every year going back to 2012 when TOC started? Cause it's been the same format every year. Can't believe it's that time of the summer. O.o What a roller coaster ride. If I remember this stadium (probably wrong) it's kind of a bowl with the seating and the entrance is off of the road.
