I am very proud that Cadets have weathered the storm and seem to be doing well.

I will say.......the guard is weak.

If they are or if they aren't, I hope they improve throughout the season.

I hope they can stand up to the other corps; as of now, I am intrigued, in fact, more so than the past few years. I just want them to do well this year.

The top six corps are all strong and well rounded.  It will be really tough, but hey they are Cadets, we were always the underdogs even when we won.

They just need to do what the Cadets do, and they could surprise me!  I would very much like them to surprise me.  Regardless a huge shadow has been lifted and a new exciting path started!

Does anyone know when the Cadets stay in Ada ends?

Well, I know their first show is in about 10 days. I tried going to the website, but it's still down at the moment.

A shout out Happy Birthday today ( 6/14 ) for former Holy Name Cadets snare drummer George Staudinger who marched Cadets from 1934 to 1940. He is 96 years young today. George in his marching days.. lower front left, and below, showing us he still has great form today at 96 years young.
