Any type of music that is "percussively musical!"

I can dig Dave Mathews because of Carter Beauford's exceptional drumming, anything by Billy Cobham, Tony Williams, Elvin Jones, Buddy Rich, Steve Gadd, Stanton Moore (Galactica - if you haven't heard him, check it out!), David Garibaldi, Neal Peart, Louie Bellson, Dave Weckl, Steve Houghton, Ed Soph, Max Roach, heck - even Alex Van Halen!

Any symphonic arrangement with the "percussively musical" thrown in as long as it's well played and fits the music is fine, too!

The musical genre doesn't matter to me, the MUSIC - and the percussion that accompanies it is what matters!

Besides drum corps / marching band?

I've got a hangup on singers with "little waif" voices. Sixpence, et cetera. Don't ask me why...

I'm also a huge classical music fan.

And a soundtrack fan, as well (which often goes hand-in-hand with classical, really.)
