The mellophone lick at the end of Rocky Point Holiday by Garfield in '83.  It was the perfect addition to an otherwise flawlwss arrangement.

Not really an in your face run, but the upper/mids had a unison sixteenth note run in La Fiesta that was always pretty cool to play. It's the one right after the first small ensemble piece (not the opening trio), leading it to our empty-the-spit-valves visual

well, one lick that stands out in my mind is the "Chain Reaction" by Hank Levy in Blue Devils 1993 show, a really slick soprano / alto feature in the drum feature.
