shawn craig
Nick Deopker- went on to march Scouts after we folded (Mellowphone). Stuart Grahm- went on to march Troopers. After Stuart married he and his wife had triplet sons. I couldn't think of anyone more deserving of raising three mischievious boys at one time. :P

ravedodger
Bernie was a funny guy, but as far as I can remember he was only with us one season. Charlie on the other hand was around for many years and could always be counted on to do or say something funny! I’m not sure if he stayed the funny man when he became an instructor or director (Freelancers). I think the funniest thing he did in the Freelancers was take away a girl's alto because she was having a hard time marching and playing--or something. In the alto's place, he had her march with a banana.
Fran Haring
Dennis Gallagher! One of our contras in 1979-1981 (I think). He was CONSTANTLY joking around, and making all of us laugh! Dennis made those long, and uncomfortable bus rides seem much shorter, and more pleasurable, by keeping us in hysterics!!! b**bs I marched with Dennis in Sunrisers, and you're right. He was a very funny guy. Fran
Malibu
In Crossmen it was Jim Dwyer. He was hilarious and full of mischief. Today Jim is a percussion judge for WGI, I must say he still hasn't lost his touch of comedy.

Today Jim is a percussion judge for WGI, I must say he still hasn't lost his touch of comedy. Why ? Because he's a judge ?
Malibu
Why ? Because he's a judge ? What? Because he is a judge? What are you implying? When I last saw him a couple of years ago at an indoor show, he was still cracking jokes.....not about what he was doing though. Sorry you took it wrong.
