Carl306
As far as demand from an ensemble standpoint goes, I'd definitely say SCV '03. Namely the opener. Absolutely Crossmen '02 definitely deserves to be mentioned as well. They did a GREAT job performing Heat of the Day. I can't remember, but if that's the one where the hornline enters the field after the pit starts playing, then heck yes! Tommy
85 Cadets complex articulations and heavy emphasis on all sections of the hornline parts make it the hardest book ever.

soldier81
The '83 Garfield Cadets show transformed DCI into what it is today...That show was a masterpiece in every facet of Drum Corps...Thank you Mr. Zingali
t-mac
I think it's funny that so many people have mentioned Star '91 and '93. I remember reading a statement by a Star alum several months ago stating that for them, the '92 patriotic show was more difficult than either '91 or '93. I think it's funny sometimes to see the different perspectives of observers and participants.

I am taking into consideration, tempo, notes and more notes, a biggy for me.... style.

I think it's funny sometimes to see the different perspectives of observers and participants. I'm not saying you're wrong or that none of us ever said that but I've never heard any alums say that. I would say that some of us had more notes in '92 than '93 but the exposed nature and faster tempos of '93 made it harder to me...'91 was probably a great combination of everything that made '90, '92, and '93 difficult.
