Geneva
1-Phantom (A joy to behold, emotionally superior, technically excellent) 2-Madison (Exciting, brass with fortitude, great screamers, real drum corps) 3-Crown/Bluecoats (Crown with a wonderful, soaring sound; Bluecoats great music and beautiful visually) 4-Cavaliers (Once again, one of the most coherent drills out there) 5-Blue Devils (Performed very well, doomed by a flawed program)
Triple Forte
I definitely thought The Cadets and the Cavaliers show were the best executed. This topic is not to question that. I just want to know your top five “entertaining” 2005 shows regardless of complexity or even musical superiority. Mine:1. Crown 2. Phantom 3. Xmen 4. Spirit 5. Scouts Please try to set your affiliations aside. I’m a Scouts fan and I loved their show the best BUT if I could have seen the Scouts perform someone else’s show this is the ones I’d choose. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well picking 5 could prove to be tough but my favorite is real simple....... Phantom Regiment (Favorite) Boston Crusaders Crossmen Spirit Crown Also.....ofcoarse.....Madison....(Show was maybe a bit to choppy) Triple Forte
Canadacorps
Ok, well of course, my show was the most entertaining to me, so biases aside, these are my top 5: 1. Phantom Regiment 2. Madison Scouts!! 3. Raiders (Division III) 4. Carolina Crown 5. SCV WOW to Raiders in Division III, if you didn't catch them, you were definitely missing out! Amazing show, and they won with NO DRUM MAJOR! they didn't have one all season.
