eqlou
Yeah, I didn't mean shows based on movies. Those are a bit obvious... I meant just random films that contained some drum corps tunes.

dbg
Adagio for Strings was also used in the South Park special olympics episode when Jimmy was using steriods and beat up his mom. Definately not the most politically correct thing to watch but it was pretty funny.

Lance
BLUE DEVILS 96Can't helpo but notice how much of that music i recognized when I first heard it. Then as I was listening to my MISSION IMPOSSIBLE soundtrack (the first one with Tom Cruise) I figured it out. please correct me if I am wrong. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yep. That was "Trouble" from Danny Elfman's Mission Impossible Soundtrack. And BD's ballad, also by Elfman, was from Dick Tracy. And, most people probably wouldn't hear this, but there is a little bit of music from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom in BD's '97 opener. See if you can pick it out. Lance
Wasn't Cadets 2002 ballad from Field of Dreams? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, but they didn't do the good parts of the soundtrack. They did music from the track called "The Place Where Dreams Come True," which has several motifs, but the Cadets only used 1 of them. I'd like to hear a corps do more of the music from that specific track.
