bluecoats88
I've recorded everyone's picks for verification at the end of the season, and also assigned 25 points for a 1st vote 24 for a 2nd etc.. then divided by the number of times a corps was put in a list. here's the results as they stand so far. Cavaliers 23.9 Cadets 23.4 Phantom 23.0 BD 23.0 Bluecoats 20.3 Madison 20.2 SCV 19.5 Crown 18.3 Boston 16.6 BK 15.7 Glassmen 15.6 Crossmen 14.8 Spirit 14.2 Colts 13.6 Capital 12.1 Southwind 11.0 Cascades 9.2 Blue Stars 9.1 Magic 7.9 Mandarins 6.4 Crest 6.4 Esperanza 4.4 Pioneer 2.8 Kavaliers 2.
Drumcorps4life
I predict the Bluecoats will loose to Madison at every show this year. Then come finals week, will beat them like they have the last two years :-) Speaking of the up and up. The Bluecoats are teh only corps to get better every year since 1999. No other corps in dci, including div. II/III I believe can say that. 1999 - 13 2000 - 12 2001 - 08 2002 - 07 2003 - 07 2004 - 06 2005 - 05 So I'm saying no worse than 5th this year. Same staff intact from before with some minor tweaks, like every year! Mark

They tied in 1987?? I thought that BD and Phantom were the first tie, in 1990....
Phantom&Phitch
They tied in 1987?? I thought that BD and Phantom were the first tie, in 1990.... nope, them and VK tied with a 90.
shawn craig
They tied in 1987?? I thought that BD and Phantom were the first tie, in 1990.... There have been many ties from the very beginning of DCI in 72 in many of the lower positions. Phantom and BD had the first tie for the championship in 1996
rut-roh
They tied in 1987?? I thought that BD and Phantom were the first tie, in 1990.... Others have already responded to this. I just give you bonus points for making Chester your avatar. "I hear you play basketball, Chester." "Yeah, I'm a hoopster." "And they have a nickname for you, what do they call you again?" "They call me Bird." "Because of Larry Bird, right?" "Who's Larry Bird?" "He's a famous basketball player." "No, that's not why they call me Bird." "Why do they call you Bird then?" "Because I throw eggs." "Why do you throw eggs?" "Defense." :) Sifl and Olly ROCKS.

I still see the old one. I love Precious Roy though. That show has gone on a personal revival, because I realized that if you type in "Sifl & Olly" on the youtube.com site, TONS of shows come up. I forgot how much I missed it. Absolutely brilliant. I think a corps should be play the "calls from the public" intro music, as well as the Precious Roy ending music. ....umm....I think a bunch of shows will have a good year this year, and there will be 12 corps in finals. They'll probably all have impressive shows. edit - I don't really know where I got that bit of info from, anyway. I think I read it in a DCI today, or something. Maybe it was "which are the only two corps to have tied twice in finals...?" Edited February 14, 2006 by Jared_mello
