Frameworks versus The Zone

Since this issue is being very hotly debated and all that, I thought we might as well poll it again. It was last done in August, but the DVDs were not out yet, and I guess Cadets 05 has had a little more time to sink in.

That said, let's see what happens! If you have any questions about the questions, post 'em.

It's hard to judge considering 2002 was further away thus has more time to "ripen", it's a little less than a year for The Cadets' show.

But i can say the cadets for me had a more entertaining show

Not for nothing is the 2002 Cavalier horn line mentioned around here as one of the greats; however, the accessability of the "Twilight Zone" stuff (well, that and they beat you over the head with "The Zone" concept in the show :P ) tilts the entertainment to the Cadets slightly

Cadets 2005 scored a 99.15 against a weak field.

Cavies 2002 scored a 99.15 against an even weaker field.

Both were the legit champs of their year, but advantage: Cadets.

(But neither would top Cavies 2004. Most unbeatable show to date.)

Better? I said tie, simply because I haven't seen the shows enough nor have enough expertise to say which one is better than the other. They are both amazing.

Remebered? I said Cadets. It seems to me that "the door" will stick in people's minds for years and years. The uniform mod was innovative and memorable. Also the vocalized drum licks, it seems to me, will be remembered since it was the first year of amplification.

Entertaining? I liked Frameworks better. That is, I personally would prefer to watch Frameworks over The Zone. That's just me though.
