darkman
SoCal Dream has Dan & Mary Wolford playing a Duet in our closer this year. And from they told me this is the second time they have done this. If I remember this correctly their first duet was with the Golden Statemen. We want to see Dan plant a big kiss on Mary :P Is there any other Hubby & Wifey duets out there? Edited July 13, 2006 by darkman
Shadow_7
Is there any other Hubby & Wifey duets out there? Gulf Coast Sound had one in their ballad last year.
Fran Haring
Ralph and Holly Marino from Skyliners have a duet this year, I believe. Fran
Rratex
Gulf Coast Sound doesn't have the husband/wife hornline duet this year but it does have two (count 'em, two) horn/guard husband and wife teams featured in the ballad. There will probably be some on-field smooching going on.

DreaminDan
Yep, Golden Statesmen 1974 for sure, I can't remember if Mary and I had a duet in 1975 or not but we didn't march much that year either. Been married 32 years this summer and marching again for the last 5 but this is the first time we have had a duet since the good ole days. With the drill Bob wrote for us, I don't see any chance for a smooch.( but we added an elbow rub on the way into our spots :) ) Edited July 13, 2006 by DreaminDan
dugada
Very cool. My wife and I start the show standing shoulder to shoulder on the 50. When they ask if the corps is ready we agree with a kiss. Nothing too sloppy as she's wearing lipstick and 30 seconds later I need to turn around a pound out some high notes and she's off with her weapons of mass destruction. jbabymusic
Last year, my wife, Noel and I had a guard/euphonium duet during our "Strawberry Soup Ballad". I played, she looked good, and then I gave her all my money. :P
goalieguy
It's been awhile, but MBI's fabulous duo of Roger Grupp and his wife Tina Cavitt have done a number of duets over the years. Appropriately the vanity plate on Tina's car reads: TRPT..Double entendre. It actually stands for - Tina and Roger Playing Together..Roger's plate reads 2 TRPTS.. A pair of better people and musicians will be tough to find anywhere, but I GUESS I'm biased..Only known them for 35 years. :P Pat
