cantgetenoughcorps Posted July 14, 2006 Share Posted July 14, 2006 I am actually very upset. In 15 years, we at Lightening have never been a full point behind Mother Nature, or any other corps. Never.But yet the judges this evening put Mother Nature 1.3 ahead of us. Thunder was too loud in the parking lot during our performance, and I feel that caused us to receive a lower score in Musical Execution, and yet they never even received a penalty, and also beat us by .1 I swear, if DCI doesn't do something about them darn judges....... I think the thing about tonights performance was Lighning had a better visual package, Thunder had a stronger percussion section, but Mother Nature had the total package.
