I'm gonna agree with Chris here, except for the 90's, where 99 is my top pick and 92 is a close second!

1975 - though I'm woefully unfamiliar with the 70's

1989 - just beats out '88 for me

1995 - veeery tough call with 1999

For the 2000's, I'd go with 2003, followed by 2001.

Went with:

76 (although like Matt, my overall knowledge of the 70's is limited)

84 - VERY hard to choose between 84, 86 and 88, but 84 won for these reasons:

- It was my first exposure to drum corps

- Garfield. Still a show that stands up well

- Blue Devils - La Fiesta. Enough Said.

- SCV - Fanfare and Allegro, On the Town, Tender Land, and that AWESOME chill drum solo

- Phantom - 1812.

- Madison - Ballet in Brass, Mushroom Hunters, Memory and that RIDICULOUS tag

- Spirit - Blues in the Night + Hunter = YES!

- Suncoast - VERY cool opener, Requiem, the balloons...

- Cavies - Pines of Rome and the last year that they would be in the "lower tier"

- Freelancers - Loved the Unis, loved "Live, From Sacramento, The Freelancers" Loved Born Again

- 27 - Great show, last time we got to see them on Saturday :(

- VK - First time in Finals, breakdancing on the field

All in all a FANTASTIC Saturday night show...

Oh, yeah... the 90's... 92... again, top to bottom goodness.
