Yes...I'm not there because the place is just no longer right for this event!! I hated it there last year, and won't go back there!!! :)

Maybe make Allentown a special event early season like Lisle, Lousiville (was), etc. Allentown has a lot of history, but the stadium doesn't seem able to hold up, even with DCI spending money to help

How is Allentown falling apart? I haven't been there in a few years, but I remember them redoing the stadium a few years ago, plus it looked in good shape the last time I went.

The stadium was renovated a few years ago, but the upper deck was not part of the renovation. As of this year, the upper deck has deteriorated to the point where it has been closed. My understanding is that the Allentown School District has no need or desire to fix or replace it. Unless DCI or someone else ponies up the money to do this, that leaves J Birney Crum too small to handle this event.

It would be a shame to leave Allentown - no more visits to Gregory's Steakhouse or Josh Early Candies. :(

If it has to move, Lincoln Financial Field would be a good place for it.

As a performer I always liked it when it was at Franklin Field. Of course I do have the encore in 2002 to remember from there, so I'll always love that place.

That one's on Jimmy Hoffa's last leg.

Try the new Eagles' stadium. I heard a rumor that they have both mass transit AND parking.

and huge rental costs
