They flash on a band (didn't look like corps) a few times whose uniform appeared identical to the Blue Devils uniform circa 1994-2003 -- except that the silver on the front appeared to be gold. When my wife and I rode with her aunt during the West Virginia inaugural parade in 2005, we drove by a band with the same uniforms, but burgandy coat with gold sequins.
