bugleboy1048 Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 the pinwheel was one of the most impressive moves of any sr. corps. if i remember it was called " THE SUICIDE WHEEL" One year with WBS we pulled it off for our color pre and got the best ovation I ever remember in my yeas at WBS. We pushed with color guard all with A-flags and guard.(or get a penalty back then).Hershey stadium. Never made it work again and abandoned it by finals. I can remember how LOUD the crowd could get during it... In 1976, we did the wheel with guard inserted into it and the horns were playing the middle (fife section) of Stars & Stripes!
