God I hate waking up in the morning...my favorites are bus time and full corps on the field, but I chose full corps on the field.

One of my favorite aspects of drum corps would actually be long bus rides to show sites (especially when there's anything particularly interesting to look at, outside of the window). Headphones on, generally quiet bus, ideally having something to eat or drink around, maybe enough time to call someone in another corps/from back at home...nothing compares.

Where's 'sleeping?'

Floor time.

For me, besides the show, it was either dinner/shower or snack/hang out. Dinner/shower because you got to fill your stomach after a long day of rehearsal, and because a shower meant being fresh and clean for at least 10 minutes (until you start to sweat again). Snack/hang out because you get to meet lots of people from other corps and that's always fun.
