Crusaders, probably) What style/theme of music would you play?-I would play a wide variety of music. Classical, Jazz, rock; but I would probably do a lot of show tunes and film themes What would be your colors? Red, White (like the Washington flag), and Gold What would the uniform look like? Unranked Marchers/Honor Guard: -White Pants (red stripe) -Red Jacket with two rows of gold buttons -Red shakos and plumes -Marchers will have two patches on their arm. One patch bearing the corps seal and one patch with their section (brass, percussion, guard) emblem Horn Sgt. (Section leaders): -White Pants (red stripe) -Red Jackets with two rows of gold buttons and a white chord on their right shoulder. The insignia of a U.S. Army Sargent on both arms -Red Shakos and plumes -Will also have the patches on both arms Captians: -White Pants (red stripe) -White jacket with two rows of gold buttons and a red chord on their right shoulder. The insignia of a U.S. Army Sargent Major on both arms. -Captians bars on both shoulders -White shako and red plume -Captians will also have the patches on their arms Drum Major: -White Pants (no stripe) -White Jacket with a single row of gold buttons and a red chord on the right shoulder. The singinia of a U.S. Army Sargent Major on both arms with a Major's oak leaves between the chevrons and the stripes -A long red sash (in the style of the old Madison Scouts uniforms) -White shako and white plume -A patch of the corps seal on the left arm and the District of Columbia flag on the right arm What would be your corps song? Climb Every Mountian from The Sound of Music (The Corps Hymn would be All Through the Night, a traditional Welsh hymn) What would you be known for? We will be known for three things -We will present three flags before each show: The U.S. flag, the flag of the District of Columbia and the corps flag. We would have the only full honor guard in DCI. -Guard in uniform (but made out of special material so they can move freely) -Playing REALLY loud without sacraficing musicality What would be your famous show title?-No themes, usually, though I think I would do one on Beethoven. And if you want, why (your answers)? I'd like my corps to be a tribute to drum corps past while moving forward at the same time. My drum corps would be a cross between Star of Indiana, the Anaheim Kingsmen, and Phantom Regiment. Taking good care of all of our staff on the road.....the best staff bus in DCI :) What would be your famous show title? White pants, blue and white jacket, with a red star What would be your corps song? Yellow Rose of Texas or The Eyes of Texas What would you be known for? Big hits, fast endings, amazing ballads, and a helluva guard What would be your famous show title? "Don't mess with Texas" And if you want, why (your answers)? Why not?
