If staff members don't even want to go back. Then it's easy to see why year after year corps members don't go back to esperanza. They either join other corps or not march at all.

Here are some facts. After being the percussion Caption Head/Arranger for the past five years I have still not been paid one cent for the 06 season. I have sent countless e-mails and phone calls to Mr. Cox with no response. I have even been listed in the Esperanza SPAM folder and now have letters sent back........ The entire Percussion and Brass staff has quit, and most of the visual staff and guard people are gone as well. There are many Drum Corps options in So Cal. By chooising Esperanza you are supporting this behavior. I am sure someone will want this erased, but why? It is the absolute truth. I just don't see how any div. 1 corps can still not have one camp yet in mid january and still be successful in the summer.

Esperanza still has no information about audition camps on their site. It's getting really late, are they even fielding a corp this year?
